Treasure’s is just that, Vintage, Silver and Howlite, Coral and Turquoise Tibetan Beads, Vintage Tibetan Brass Detailed Neck Piece with Coral and Turquoise Gemstone Sections. I made this Piece years ago for myself,.
i found the Vintage Necklace on line and took it apart adding the huge accent Beads, the 5mm Coral beads finish off the Necklace with a 10mm Toggle Clasp. The length is 19’’ and lays nicely around the neckline.
The Bracelet, Vintage, Brass and Bone Pin Clasp with Turquoise Stone.
I purchased this Bracelet years ago, and I don’t recall from where. I was looking for a piece to go with a Global look inspired by one of my many Crazy Ideas at the time. I believe the Turquoise Stone used in this piece is what you call reconstituted Turquoise.
It is made from actual Turquoise ground up and Resin is added then placed in molds and made to look like the real deal, it is not, so I’ll be up front about that. I believe this was made in India from animal bone spliced and then formed. I have seen this style of cuff in many variations, some from Africa. This is a really Tribal piece. The fit is not snug and will fit up to a 7 1/2 ‘‘ wrist.
To Open the Bracelet there is a Pin that pulls out on the underside, once open place on your wrist and close, then slide the pin through the holes and secure.
It is really something, and hefty, ‘‘Hello Wonder Woman. ‘‘ I would call this a Fashion piece, it’s very Organic and a true statement piece.
The 2 piece Suite speaks of the Inspired Global traveler, and priced at a steal of a Deal. just One of the Large Tibetan Beads was $50.00 ten years ago, so this is a, You Lucky Duck Find.
This collection is Very Boho Chic and what a Statement, I love reworking Vintage pieces, and I didn’t change the Necklace up too much, I restrung the whole thing and added in the Large Vintage Beads and changed the way it’s clasped.
